By downloading, installing, or using the SkyDeal mobile app or website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
SkyDeal is a flight search and price comparison tool. We aggregate real-time flight data from third-party providers and present it to help you find affordable flights. SkyDeal does not sell airline tickets, process payments, or act as a travel agent. All bookings are completed directly on the airline's website or a third-party booking platform.
You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:
Flight prices displayed in SkyDeal are sourced from third-party data providers and are provided for informational purposes only. Prices are subject to change without notice and may differ from the price displayed at the time of booking on the airline's website. SkyDeal makes no guarantee that any displayed price will be available at the time of booking.
Price Drop Alerts are a best-effort service. We do not guarantee that alerts will be delivered in real time or that the alerted price will remain available when you attempt to book. SkyDeal is not liable for any losses arising from reliance on price alert notifications.
SkyDeal's AI Chat Assistant and Fly Anywhere mode use artificial intelligence to generate flight recommendations and travel suggestions. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should independently verify all flight information before making a booking decision.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You may delete your account at any time via Profile → Delete Account in the app. Upon deletion, all your personal data will be permanently removed from our systems.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SKYDEAL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKYDEAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MISSED FLIGHTS, BOOKING ERRORS, OR PRICE DISCREPANCIES.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
